Job Description
The developer is a key role on a collaborative and agile project team and is responsible for the design and production of our world-class business systems. These systems satisfy customer and organizational business requirements and enable Expeditors to set the standard for excellence in global logistics. The developer understands business problems and opportunities, while applying technical skills to the design, development, and testing of applications and systems.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5-10 years of professional software development experience
- Design and develop high-performing and responsive web applications using Angular
- Write clean and efficient JavaScript, CSS, and HTML codes.
- Hands-on and implements complex Angular applications, directives, services, components
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3
- Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
- Should be able to work as a team as well as an individual contributor
- Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front End Technologies
- Ability to understand, code and write unit tests to ensure the delivery of the project.
- Collaborate with the Agile team and work as a team for the timely project delivery.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience in Microfront end architecture
- Experience in React Js
- Familiar with testing frameworks (Ex. Jasmine)
- Test runner framework (Ex. Karma)
