Skills You’ll Use and Build On
UI Designer skills you'll build on:
- Designing and implementing responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Collaborating with backend developers, and product managers and ensuring seamless integration of front-end elements with backend functionality.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, Figma).
- Optimising UI components for maximum performance across multiple devices and browsers.
- Staying updated on emerging trends in UI/UX design and development, incorporating best practices into projects.
SCRUM Master skills you'll build on:
- Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and Scrum practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organising environment.
- Tracking and managing sprint progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks or bottlenecks.
- Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations.
- Continuously improving team productivity and deliverables by identifying areas for process optimisation.
