PeopleCert is looking for a UI (Graphic & Motion) Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our social media campaigns and digital content. Our new member will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. The roles involves close collaboration with our marketing, creative, and content teams to deliver impactful designs across various digital channels, ensuring our audiences experience consistent, engaging, and memorable interactions with the PeopleCert brand.

As a UI (Graphic & Motion) Designer, your tasks will include the following:

  • Design and produce high-quality visuals for social media campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visuals that engage target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Develop and refine visual content for paid and organic social media, ensuring all designs meet best practices for each platform.
  • Assist in developing and executing creative strategies for branding, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Stay updated on design trends, social media algorithms, and platform updates to enhance the effectiveness of designs.
  • Create compelling designs for web banners, email campaigns, presentations, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.


What we look for:

  • Academic background in Graphic Design, or a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on social media campaigns and channels.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools, along with rapid prototyping and visualization tools like Figma.
  • Knowledge of Web Development Fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation & communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong teamwork approach and team motivator, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, or certificate would be a plus)
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of creativity, visual composition, and typography.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check.
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
