PeopleCert is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer that will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity across various platforms and touchpoints. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually impactful assets that resonate with our target audience.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, your tasks will include the following:
- Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with corporate and product marketing & comms teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for print, digital and branding assets including but not limited to brochures, presentations, event booths and collateral, advertising campaign assets, storyboards, logos and manuals
- Execute end-to-end design processes, from ideation and conceptualization to final artworks and printing requirements, towards our internal production team and external partners
- Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table
- Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations
- Ensure their work and presence is aligned with company’s values “Quality - Passion - Integrity – Innovation,” at all times
What we look for:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding, corporate communication and marketing campaigns
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including brand development and marketing collateral. Please attach it to your application
- Proficient in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, or certificate would be a plus)
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
