Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for;
- Gathering feedback from stakeholders and drive end-to-end user experience design from discovery to ideation, conception, detailed designs, prototypes, and validation across digital platforms.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that enhance the user experience.
- Ensuring all digital products are intuitive, accessible, and optimized for various digital platforms and channels (web, mobile, and others).
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive design system and style guide to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Leading the design process from concept to delivery, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and user testing.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

You must also have;
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, or a related field and a certification in UX/UI design ideally
- 4 years or more experience in digital design, UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital products and experiences.
- Experience in the financial services or banking sector is preferred.
- Strong expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that enhance the user experience.
Education
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
