Job Description:

The VCF Networking User Interface team is looking for a talented senior hands-on full stack UI architect, to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of VCF Networking UI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of UI frameworks ensuring Quality, Scalability and performance of UI components and frameworks.
• Define and implement UI architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices, be advocate for UI code reusability across native NSX, SDDC, vCenter and vCF Ops platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our UI design and introduce and streamline best practices into development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, backend developers, and UX designers, to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior UI designers and developers.
• Optimize the UI development times and improve team productivity and efficiency by adopting techniques like code generation and Config / Template driven development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI Architect or similar role.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proven ability to work across layers of the stack.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong sense of product usability; be a user advocate
• Ability to Document and Evangelise frameworks.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
• 15+years of software development experience.
