run structured UAT cycles under tight timelines, with clear status reporting.
· Proven experience with
Azure DevOps Work Items and Boards
· Familiarity with test
automation strategies for CX and performance/volume testing for calls.
· Experience with
contact center platforms (Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Copilot Service
Workspace (CSW)) and telephony concepts (IVR)

- Prior experience in insurance
