This position is responsible for providing Recovery Residence curfew checks and urinalysis monitoring for the Recovery Residence Programs.

 All positions require pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitors and records participants' urinalysis to ensure the integrity of the participant's urine sample.
  • Completes curfew checks as needed and random weekly UAs for participants of the Recovery Residences.  
  • Demonstrates professionalism and a recovery-minded approach, while maintaining participants' dignity and confidentiality.   
  • Maintains a clean, safe work area and immediately reports any potential hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:   

Requires a minimum of a High School degree or GED.

Experience

Previous urinalysis experience and experience working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorder preferred.

Other:            

Must have a valid driver’s license and insurability. 

CPR and first-aid certification. (Initial training and renewals paid for by agency). 

Basic computer skills required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

May require bending and lifting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Works in recovery residences and occasional office environment.
