Coordinate and monitor patients in a withdrawal management unit, perform intake screens and vital signs, provide case management, individual and group sessions, monitor medications per physician instructions, complete documentation, and assist with referrals and incident reporting during assigned shift.

Provide withdrawal management and case management services: assess and triage patients, take vitals, monitor medication, conduct individual and group sessions, complete documentation, and coordinate medical/mental health referrals while supervising patients during assigned shifts.

Provide child screening, developmental assessments, and individualized developmental plans; deliver parent education and childcare during treatment; coordinate resources and referrals, collaborate with clinicians on treatment plans, manage caseloads, and support childrens health, learning, and family engagement within a behavioral health residential unit.

Provide direct patient care in a withdrawal management unit: conduct intake screens, take vitals, monitor medications per physician instructions, deliver case management, individual and group sessions, complete documentation, refer to medical/mental health services, and supervise patients during assigned 2nd or 3rd shift.

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing services in a behavioral health/addiction program. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, oversee medication and withdrawal protocols, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, support quality improvement, respond to crises, and maintain accurate EHR documentation while promoting trauma-informed, harm-reduction approaches.

Provide complex case management for LEAD participants with SUD, mental health issues, and homelessness. Conduct intakes and assessments, develop individualized plans, document and update client records, perform street outreach, coordinate with law enforcement and community partners, deliver training, and participate in meetings and events. May require nights, weekends, on-call, and outreach activities.

Provide nursing care for patients with mental health and substance use disorders, manage medications, educate patients and families, document care in electronic records, maintain safety and infection-control, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage supplies.
