We’re looking for a TTM Business Support person to help keep our Traffic Management team organised, compliant, and moving. This role is all about good work behind the scenes that makes a real difference on the ground. You’ll provide administration and financial support to the TTM business, help keep client and subcontractor documentation accurate, and support our operational crews to deliver safely and on time.

As our TTM Business Support, you’ll play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly. You’ll provide day-to-day administration and financial support across the TTM team, including preparing and managing documentation for subcontractors and internal customers, and keeping compliance records up to date for our operational crews.
This is a role for someone who likes to keep things organised, accurate, and moving forward. Your work will help set our teams up to deliver good work every day because when our people are supported to do their best, our business grows stronger with them.
Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities
Internal and External invoicing is accurate and meets deadlines
Manage a variety of data bases for the traffic teams to help achieve compliance
Ensure the accuracy of client and subcontractor documentation
General TTM related administration and financial support
You’ll also contribute to other duties or projects as reasonably requested

Class 1 Drivers License
Computer literacy
Sound understanding of TTM practices and knowledge
Strong organisational and administration skills
