  • Perform all aspects of the selling function, including sales forecasting, achieving annual revenue and growth targets for customers.
  • Managing a diverse group of accounts in different market segments and locations, including active accounts and prospects (lead generation).
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for all significant customers. Use these plans to build partnering relationships with key decision makers.
  • Identify, map, and maintain frequent contact (through face-to-face contact), telephone and virtual meetings) with key individuals who most directly influence account penetration.
  • Engage at the right frequency and with the appropriate audiences through active listening and effective communication (both oral and written).
  • Work cross-functionally within Chemours to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through efficient internal coordination and communication.
  • Effectively demonstrate value to customers, including technical aspects and sustainability goals, reaching mutually beneficial agreements and influence important outcomes that are aligned with business direction and needs.
  • Understand business different sales channels and explore alternatives that demonstrate value to our customers and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at new and existing accounts to understand their markets and the competitive environment, as well as to identify potential opportunities for new business and additional value.
  • Monitor market conditions that may affect business results, keeping management involved to support decision making process, including dynamic planning.
  • Work effectively with colleagues at all levels and different cultures in the organization to accomplish account objectives while creating/maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Participate in professional organizations for reasons of personal development, customer relationship building, and industry networking within local market community.
  • Actively engage in global networks to support business improvements.
