Adient Kenitra is seeking an experienced STS Engineer to join our TRIM Engineering department.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Coordinate and lead development projects for automotive trim from concept to production readiness.
  • Develop patterns for prototype and serial production trim covers using CAD systems.
  • Lead and support team members, ensuring project maturity and documentation.
  • Serve as the main contact for internal and external customers.
  • Support Cut & Sew and JIT plants during production launch.
  • Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.
     

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • Technical education in textiles, clothing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive trim development.
  • Strong technical skills in sewing, cutting, and CAD systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
  • English and local language proficiency.
