Trim Engineer

Adient Kenitra is seeking an experienced STS Engineer to join our TRIM Engineering department.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Coordinate and lead development projects for automotive trim from concept to production readiness.
- Develop patterns for prototype and serial production trim covers using CAD systems.
- Lead and support team members, ensuring project maturity and documentation.
- Serve as the main contact for internal and external customers.
- Support Cut & Sew and JIT plants during production launch.
- Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- Technical education in textiles, clothing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive trim development.
- Strong technical skills in sewing, cutting, and CAD systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- English and local language proficiency.
