Lead Engineer

Adient Kenitra is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to join our TRIM Engineering department.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Lead a team of engineers/technicians to develop products and processes to customer specifications.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
- Ensure full documentation and compliance with Adient standards.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical and software skills (including CAD).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- English and local language proficiency.
