We are looking for a Techno Functional Consultant (Kondor / CTI) to join our team and support key initiatives across Treasury Management, trade processing, and system optimisation.

You will work across both functional and technical activities, contributing to system configuration, analysis, incident investigation, and project delivery.

Experience with Kondor Trade Processing (KTP) or Corporate Treasury Innovation (CTI) is ideal, but training is available for strong consultants eager to learn.

What You Will Do
  • Act as a techno‑functional expert for KTP and CTI (training provided if needed).

  • Analyse business requirements and propose improvements to treasury and trade‑processing workflows.

  • Translate functional needs into technical specifications (and the reverse).

  • Configure and support Kondor components (trade processing, risk, treasury).

  • Manage end‑to‑end project delivery: design, testing, deployment, documentation, and follow‑up.

  • Perform small development/scripting tasks (SQL, shell, Java, XML).

  • Investigate incidents, support production, and coordinate corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Back Office, IT, and external vendors.

  • Support continuous improvement and system optimisation.

  • Communicate effectively in French and English with international teams.

What You Bring
  • Experience as a Techno‑Functional Consultant in finance, treasury, trading, or capital markets.

  • Good understanding of treasury operations, financial instruments, and the trade lifecycle.

  • Ability to learn KTP/CTI quickly if not already known.

  • Ability to perform small development tasks (SQL, shell, Java, XML, interface configs).

  • Strong autonomy, initiative, and ownership.

  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to challenge processes constructively.

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Kondor+, KTP, or CTI.

  • Experience in banking or financial services.

  • Knowledge of APIs, REST, MQ, and reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
