Treasury Support Specialists perform the following functions: 

  • Provide excellent service and operational support to existing and potential treasury members and internal stakeholders in other departments, via phone, email and Jira tickets.
  • Track, report, and audit support duties as needed to ensure audit and compliance needs are fulfilled.
  • Provide general implementation, training, and sales support to treasury sales team.
  • Seek opportunities to strengthen and enhance knowledge of products, services, policies, and regulations to support Treasury and Business Banking.
  • Deliver problem solving solutions and perform research as needed.
  • Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy.
  • Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always.
  • Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • DNA and Nautilus knowledge.
  • General knowledge of consumer and business products and services
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
