Promotes MIDFLORIDA’s indirect lending solutions, develops and maintains dealership relationships, and supports dealers, underwriters, and funders. The role involves daily calling, market research, problem solving, technical support for electronic services, handling difficult conversations, meeting sales and productivity goals, and maintaining compliance with lending policies. Travel is required throughout Kentucky, along with at least three annual trips to the corporate office in Florida and initial one-week training.

Provides customer service and operational support for treasury members and internal stakeholders through phone, email, and Jira. Tracks and audits support activities for compliance, assists treasury sales with implementation, training, and sales support, researches solutions, and maintains knowledge of treasury products, services, policies, and regulations.

Develops full-stack .NET and RPA solutions that improve operational efficiency and member and employee experiences. Responsibilities include building web-based front-end and backend applications, collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating meetings, supporting user acceptance testing, conducting peer reviews, ensuring quality and security, and delivering solutions aligned with business requirements. The role also requires managing multiple priorities, learning new technologies, and collaborating with internal departments and vendors.

Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy robotic process automations using Automate by Fortra and related AI technologies. Write and maintain code and scripts, evaluate automation performance, resolve production issues, participate in code and design reviews, and collaborate with departments to gather requirements. The role also requires regulatory compliance, effective task management, strong communication, attention to detail, and support for electronic services.

Collectors contact members about delinquent accounts, negotiate repayment agreements, manage collection queues, reduce loan losses, update account information, assist with collection matters, and provide electronic-services support while following compliance guidelines.
