Manage delinquent first and second mortgage accounts, prepare foreclosure packages, coordinate with attorneys and servicing teams, and arrange member payment solutions. Review hardship and modification requests, monitor collection queues, update account records, and assist with collection-related questions. The role requires empathetic customer service, sound judgment, regulatory compliance, professionalism, and proficiency with computers, internet tools, and Microsoft Office. This is an in-office position.

Provides network and infrastructure support for applications, branches, servers, and network equipment. Monitors and troubleshoots network systems, resolves escalated infrastructure tickets, assists with equipment patching and branch technology projects, supports network security, documents solutions, and researches technical issues. The role also requires collaboration across departments, professional communication, productivity accountability, and support for electronic services.

Reviews, triages, documents, and resolves routine IT security tickets, alerts, access changes, and corrective actions. Supports identity, endpoint, email, web, DLP, cloud, and monitoring platforms; assists with MFA and access administration; validates alerts; and documents procedures and remediation. The role also coordinates security projects, collaborates with departments and vendors, improves workflows, and provides technical support for electronic services. It is an on-site position in Lakeland, Florida.

Manage and support server infrastructure, business applications, Active Directory, Office 365, virtualization, storage, backups, and disaster recovery. Provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical support, monitor system performance and availability, apply patches and configuration changes, investigate vulnerabilities, and document system procedures. The role also develops technical solutions, supports electronic services, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with internal departments.
