Department OverviewThe Treasury Department is responsible for managing liquidity of the company. The main goal of our
EMEA Treasury Department is to ensure the company has enough money to fund its operations. We are
responsible for investing excess cash, risk reduction through various strategies as well as relationships
with banks. We support EMEA business teams through monitoring cash positions and needs, payment
authorization and bank guarantees.
Job Description
- Treasury reporting on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
- Cash Management: daily cash position and investments (MM funds),
- Netting (FX spot/ SWAP trades, FX ALL)
- Intercompany loans: initiating and closing, preparing loan agreements and other
- documentation
- Interest calculation (local pools/ loans)
- Processing payments in various banking platforms
- Bank guarantees – issuing, renewing, cancelling
- Administration of online banking platforms and treasury station
- Bank account administration for EMEA region: opening, and closing bank
- accounts; managing bank account Signatories, POA issuance, and Mandate update
- Supporting month-end activities
Basic Requirements
- Up to 2 years experience in Finance (including internship)
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Banking or similar studies
- Analytic and technical skills combined with the ability and desire to get into the
- details
- Strong Excel skills in data compilation and analysis
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to be a strong team player and to interact and communicate effectively with
- colleagues at all levels, in multiple locations and other departments
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality, with tight deadline
- “Can do” positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm
