Department OverviewThis role will be in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department for the EMEA region, supporting the Supply Chain Finance business.
The FP&A team is responsible for analyzing financial reports, trends, risks, and opportunities. We gather, interpret, and evaluate financial information, including past financial data and short- to long-term financial forecasts.

Job Description
As a senior financial analyst supporting the Supply Chain organization, you will fill a critical role in our inventory and cost accounting team, providing support to the LMR business operations and its manufacturing units located in the EMEA Region.
The ideal candidate is a technology & system-savvy, self-starter, excellent problem-solver, detail-oriented, highly analytical, hardworking individual who can multitask, work independently, and successfully communicate with internal departments, management, and customers daily. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and excited about a role in a rapidly growing environment. No task is too large or too small.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and uploading journal entries in Oracle
Perform deferred cost analysis and COGS accounting
Support cost accounting activities for EMEA entities and sites
Manage and control Intercompany profit (ICP) entries for manual ordering activity within EMEA
Analysis of Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) for Israel operations
Act as the focal point for Germany Cost to Come and SFM adjustment analysis
Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations (using ARCs)
Optimize month-end activity and processes to ensure timely closing
Partner with the Supply Chain Finance team to provide necessary reports and analysis
Monthly Global Field Inventory Reconciliation coordination and data reporting to management
Various EMEA inventory reporting activities
EMEA Field Inventory preparation
EMEA On-hand movement/creation
Preparing the monthly Project Inventory Net file
Net Inventory file reconciliation with GL accounts balances
Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Analysis for field inventory (DE & UK)
Coordinate EMEA quarterly reporting of Supply Chain P&L
Support German statutory accounting for inventory
Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional matters and serve as a subject matter expert
Support external and internal audit questions
Drive process improvement and automation, and assist in other ad hoc projects as needed
Basic Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relatable finance experience
University degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field
Understanding of financial metrics, specifically: revenue, costs, and cash
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, capable of holding project-specific discussions with Business Partners
Excellent Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, able to interact with Finance and non-Finance staff at various levels
Experience with Oracle Financials and Tableau will be an asset
Ability to understand and quickly learn new accounting software and other systems
Good time and task management skills, ability to work under time pressure
Self-driven and highly motivated
