Brief Overview of Position

This leadership position is part of a dynamic Treasury Management Product team focused on becoming the best Treasury Management provider in the State of Texas. If you are motivated to build products, own the customer experience, and define the go-to-market strategy, then our Commercial Banking Client Reporting and Notifications Product Manager is the job for you.  Growing our Treasury Solutions business is a strategic objective, and this opportunity will allow you to use your experience to develop market leading solutions to meet the needs of our growing customer base.  This role reports to the commercial online banking Senior Product Manager and will support across all digital channels including Online, Mobile, File and API / Embedded.   Primary focus of the role is to manage and improve the Information Reporting product and manage the build out of a client Notifications service for commercial clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Commercial Banking Client Reporting and Notifications product strategy, roadmap, and partner with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to execute your vision. Set the direction for new Information Reporting and Notification services to deliver value to Texas Capital clients and fully commercialize these products.

  • Prolific communicator ensuring stakeholders are aligned to your vision, execution plans meet the objectives and metrics are in place to measure success

  • Proactively delivery insights and market intelligence on key competitive offerings and regulatory changes

  • Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, defining metrics to measure the desired customer experience and product profitability and use data to drive change and decision making

  • Lead the day-to-day product activities including price setting, supporting client acquisition, and partnering with credit, risk, compliance and legal to ensure we maintain a competitive market position

  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in the commercial online banking platform to provide additional product management support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years Treasury Product Management experience

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated track record executing product strategy and go-to-market activities; Experience with Treasury Solutions products including Information Reporting, Payments and Receivables across multiple channels including online, mobile and API

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills;

  • Experience managing vendors and FinTech’s

  • Experience leading agile build teams

  • Location – Texas (Dallas / Fort Worth);

  • Flexibility to travel 15-20%
