The Treasury Operations Manager will provide treasury and cash management strategies and operational leadership to the Cash Connect Division of WSFS Bank. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of cash management initiatives, bank relationships, and day to day treasury operations. The Treasury Operations Manager will have direct report(s) and will be accountable to develop and maintain the cash management function for the division.  This role will report to the Division Client Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute funds movement, perform transactions, and resolve errors.
• Manage cash utilization, inventory management, and monitor idle cash risk.
• Continually review, develop and improve all cash management business processes and procedures to assure and maintain appropriate internal controls and regulatory compliance while gaining efficiencies and safeguarding assets in a rapidly growing environment.
• Conduct analyses and develop insights that improve the quality of decision making with the division management team.
• Develop formal and ad hoc reports that are required by division management.
• Manage direct report(s) and develop and maintain the cash management function for the division.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other business related field.
• Must have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance and familiarity with Treasury Operations.
• Must have minimum of 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work in an organized and detailed manner, under tight deadlines. 
• Must be knowledgeable in regulatory and financial industry risks, guidance and best practices affecting the financial services industry in general and WSFS specifically.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good visual presentation skills to effectively communicate and influence across a range of partners and multiple levels of leadership.
• Must be detail oriented, and able to understand complex information and present in simple terms.
• Must have extensive knowledge of MS Office Professional.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, energetic, and driven environments.
• Ability to successfully work under the pressure of strict deadlines.

Salary Range:

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
