You will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee Treasury Operations: Supervise day-to-day back-office treasury activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead Process Improvements: Proactively drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury functions, spearheading the integration of technology and automation solutions to optimize processes and boost productivity.
- Facilitate Cryptocurrency Trades: Execute cryptocurrency trades ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Ensure Accurate Trade Settlements: Guarantee precise trade booking and the timely settlement of both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions, maintaining high client satisfaction and upholding company standards.
- Conduct Market Research: Perform in-depth analysis of cryptocurrency markets, monitor market trends, and present actionable trading ideas to increase revenue and leverage emerging opportunities.
- Supervise Daily Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation and settlement of internal market-making trades, ensuring operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Manage Daily Treasury Operations: In close coordination with Corporate Customer Fund Management and Corporate Treasury (for Fiat), Lead daily activities including report generation, client cash-in/cash-out processing, and the reconciliation of both fiat and cryptocurrency balances, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures.
- Build Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including liquidity providers, payment processors, banks, vendors, regulators, and auditors. Serve as a liaison to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
