Job Summary:
The Treasury Manager oversees the cash flow and revenue of a business, in- charge of the organization’s overall finances including managing financial risk. Their main job duties are to monitor day-to-day operations while overseeing a long-term financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the activities and development of the Treasury team.
- Manage cash flow by preparing cashflow forecasts and monitoring bank balances and cash requirements.
- Reviews and approves SAP entries, reports, and documents to ensure accuracy of cash reporting and transactions.
- Maintain banking relationships and identify opportunities to better utilize the bank services.
- Execute bank loans/repayments, provide necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with bank credit agreements.
- Manage corporate credit cards and ensure proper usage.
- Support annual audits by providing information and responses to auditors.
- Lead and mentor the treasury team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Other tasks that may be given from time to time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management or Finance, CPA preferred but not required.
- Work Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years managing a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office including strong Excel skills
- Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate.
- Can handle high-pressure situations and effectively manage time and resources to meet critical deadlines.
- Can attend to multiple priorities simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively to ensure all objectives are met.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management, or finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 7 years of relevant treasury/finance experience
- At least 2 years managing a team
- Proven experience with SAP cash entries and reporting
- Proficient with MS Office including strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of treasury, forecasting, and related accounting principles and practices
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
