Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Brazilian Central Bank and other entities.
• Support with monitoring, forecasting, and managing the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity and Balances Investments
• Assist in the implementation and management of our treasury management process
• Collaborate with the finance teams in the process of reconciliation payments with PSPs;
• Prepare treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity positions, and PSP performance metrics;
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulations related to payments and treasury activities;
• Support external and internal audits by providing treasury-related documentation and explanations;

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business;
• Higher education in Administration, Economics, Finance or related areas.
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in a Treasury position in a Payment Institution in Brazil.
• Deep knowledge of the regulation in place for payment institutions (Resolução BCB n° 80 de 25/3/2021)
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organization skills to plan and organize work efficiently.
• Ability to work with numbers, accuracy, reliability and integrity are required.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines.
