Purpose of Role
Group Treasury operates a coordinated function across Grosvenor, supporting property companies in the UK, Americas and legacy assets in Asia and Europe, as well as managing treasury activity for the Group Team (including Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments) and providing ad hoc treasury advice to the Family Office and Grosvenor Food & AgTech.
Reporting to the Head of Treasury Operations, the Treasury Manager is responsible for management, oversight and coordination of daily treasury operations, associated risk management, treasury systems and reporting.
The Treasury Manager plays a crucial role ensuring a high-quality service to the business and managing a broad range of stakeholders. The role includes leadership and oversight of the daily cash process (including payment checking and approval processes), reporting, compliance, bank account and systems administration. An enquiring mindset is required, as success in the role includes identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency and minimise risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight & coordination of daily cash management operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and settlement activities
- Internal & external Treasury Reporting, including annual covenant compliance
- Operational oversight and maintenance of Treasury systems, including static data and troubleshooting
- Monitoring and preparation of liquidity, and counterparty risk reports and providing market indicator commentary
- Ownership of KYC, regulatory reporting, bank mandates and account maintenance processes
- Maintaining control logs, process documentation and audit evidence for key Treasury activities
- Identification & implementation of opportunities to automate and improve processes
- Execution & support for Treasury change projects, including testing and issue resolution
Key Requirements
- Educated to degree level, preferably in Finance or similar
- Strong experience in a Treasury Back Office Manager role or equivalent, with a good understanding of treasury risk management
- A passion for AI and technology and good experience with common Treasury systems and online banking platforms, ideally including TMS, CMS, and market data and research platforms
- A healthy curiosity to improve ways of working
- Previous experience supporting regulatory reporting, treasury projects or system testing and confident user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast paced rapidly changing environment
- Excellent numerical, analytical, problem solving & communication skills
- Proven ability to work to multiple strict & concurrent deadlines
- High level of attention to detail combined with the ability to step back and observe the bigger picture

Skills Required
- Degree-level education
- Degree in Finance or a similar subject
- Strong experience in a Treasury Back Office Manager role or equivalent
- Understanding of treasury risk management
- Experience with treasury systems and online banking platforms
- Experience with TMS, CMS, market data, and research platforms
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting, treasury projects, or system testing
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
