The Opportunity
Treasury is at the heart of how we create long-term value. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping funding, liquidity and capital outcomes across one of Australia's leading real asset platforms. You’ll join a high-performing team of intellectually curious professionals who collaborate openly and bring deep expertise from a range of complementary backgrounds.
As Treasury Manager, you will be accountable for supporting the funding, liquidity and financial risk management activities for the Dexus funds platform. You will contribute to the delivery of the Dexus Treasury strategy in collaboration with the wider Group Treasury team.
In this role, you will:
Assist in the preparation of annual Funding Plans, liquidity analysis, hedging analysis and Treasury Policy compliance
Maintain treasury models and partner with Finance and Funds Management on cash strategy and forecasting, providing insight on risks and opportunities so the platform can plan with confidence
Support refinances and new funding transactions
Understand business drivers and prepare impact analysis for a range of alternatives to meet business objectives and present key messages to stakeholders
Oversee, through collaboration with the wider Finance team, delivery of stakeholder reporting including Board, Capital Markets Committee & loan compliance
About You
We are on the lookout for an experienced Treasury professional with a highly analytical, curious, and commercial mindset. You will bring experience from real estate finance, property, banking or funds environment, with a strong understanding of debt transactions and deal execution. The ideal candidate will be experienced in structuring and documentation of complex borrowing and risk management transactions, funding in global debt markets, and dealing with banks, rating agencies and investors. Being an analytical thinker, you will be quite detail orientated however will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, without ever compromising on quality.

Skills Required
- Experience in real estate finance, property, banking or funds environment
