Join our Global Treasury Team
You live in the Greater Lisbon area and would like to become part of Kardex Group's global Finance organization? We are looking for an experienced Treasury professional to join our newly established office near Parque das Nações / Oriente.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Head of Group Treasury and key finance stakeholders worldwide. Acting as deputy to the Head of Group Treasury, located in Switzerland, you will be responsible for a broad range of Treasury activities and contribute to the further development of our global treasury processes, systems and governance.
Your tasks
Responsible for Cash Management and internal funding activities across the Group
Monitor, analyze and forecast global liquidity positions and support funding decisions
Manage bank guarantees and sureties
Perform FX hedging activities, including hedge accounting
Drive the Intercompany Netting process
Prepare treasury reporting and liquidity planning
Own and further develop the Treasury Management System (Coupa Treasury) as key user, including process optimization and automation initiatives
Support the management of international insurance programs, including policy renewals, claims handling and premium allocation
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline
Profound experience in Corporate Treasury within a multinational environment
Exposure to corporate insurance topics is considered an advantage
Strong user knowledge of MS Office 365 skills, especially Excel, and treasury systems; SAP S4HANA would be a plus
Strong analytical capabilities and a structured, precise working style
Excellent communication skills
Hands-on personality with integrity, resilience and the ability to work independently in an international environment
High command of English and German (minimum B2 level)
