About the team

We are looking for a motivated Treasury Intern to support our Global Treasury team in strengthening documentation, process governance, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, process mapping, and cross-functional coordination, and who wants exposure to how a global treasury function operates.

What you will be responsible for:

• Assist in preparing and updating treasury document
• Standardize, compile and consolidate treasury standard operating procedures document
• Support data gathering and validation as needed across treasury work-streams
• Prepare clear schematic diagrams and workflow maps to visually represent treasury processes, approval flows, and system interactions
• Establish document index/folder structure and organize treasury materials in accordance with the index, ensuring documents are easily searchable and consistently filed
• Support treasury operations in audits and banks KYC due diligence documentation
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of treasury templates, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Participate in ad-hoc treasury projects.

How you will stand out:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured documents
• Comfortable with diagramming/flowchart tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with treasury systems (TMS) is an advantage
