Role Overview:
The Treasury Control Senior Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team. The overall objective of this role is to drive efforts to control and support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution and new activity analysis, valuation control and product P&L and balance sheet reporting.
Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 6 members to support FX exposure reporting and FX position reconciliation for legal entities and businesses across CEEMEA
-
Responsible for the supervisory oversight of the team and the end to end daily and monthly processes

Ensure proper and effective coverage for COB, MCA and Audit requirements

Assist in ongoing review of existing team controls and processes to ensure consistency with global standard FX exposure management models

Key point of contact for global leadership team, system application support and internal/external audit

Partner with key stakeholders to support global standardization projects and initiatives ensuring requirements are documented and delivered

Define and drive process and infrastructure improvement and transformation projects

This role is imperative to ensure proper and effective local FX revaluation risk management and control for CEEMEA bank chain entities

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy.
What we'll need from you:

6-10 years of relevant experience
-
Experience in managing and supervising a team; Strong leadership skills, work ethics, and detail oriented.

Strong communication (both written and oral), influencing, and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with senior and junior staff.

Fluent English (verbal/written) at minimum B2 level.
Education:
-
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any finance, economics, or quantitative related subject.
