We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury and Tax Compliance Specialist to manage our KYC and AML processes and support our compliance processes within the Tax and Customs function. This role combines Treasury, Tax and Customs expertise, offering a unique opportunity to grow and work within an international business environment.
Key responsibilities:
Managing KYC/AML processes and agreements related to treasury operations
Cash management related agreements in general
Internal loan agreement management
Administration of trade confirmations and compliance certificates
Authorization and access management of bank portals globally
Maintaining AML policy and other compliance guidelines managed by Treasury
Managing and developing KYC and AML process and compliance within the Group
Taking part in developing and maintaining compliance processes across the Tax and Customs function
Maintaining intra-group agreements
Participating in intra-group charging process/transfer pricing documentation process
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax etc, including compliance management
Experience in working in a global business environment
Understanding the concepts of KYC data and processes
Readiness to utilize tools commonly used in Finance/Treasury/Accounting/Tax (for example treasury systems, financial data consolidation systems, bank portals, ERP etc.)
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
