About The Role:

As part of our ERP migration to Workday and a broader review of our banking structure, we are looking for a Treasury & AP Specialist to support this transformation. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless bank connectivity, rigorous documentation, end-to-end testing, and an optimized cash forecasting process.

What You'll Do:

• Banking Documentation

• Manage bank account openings and new banking connections.

• Update and maintain authorized signer lists across all banking relationships. Manage KYC documentation.

• Liaise with banking partners and internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Compliance) to gather required documentation.

• Set up FTP connections and maintain file formatting documentation. 2. Testing & Validation.

• Execute test plans for all new banking connections.

• Perform end-to-end testing of payment flows and bank statement retrieval. Document test results, track issues, and coordinate remediation with relevant teams.

• Validate that all connections are operational before go-live. 3. Cash Forecasting & Reporting

• Manage the daily cash position and intercompany (IC) funding.

• Contribute to daily and weekly cash balancing processes.

• Assist in the preparation and improvement of cash forecast reports.

• Accounts Payable Support

• Support the AP team in processing global accounts payable invoices.

What You'll Bring:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in treasury or cash management.

• Experience with ERP or TMS implementation projects (Workday, Kyriba).

• Good understanding of cash forecasting best practices.

• Familiarity with bank account management and KYC/onboarding processes. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with automation tools is a plus.

• Fluent in English; French is a plus. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kyriba.

• Knowledge of Workday Financials.

• Experience working in an international or multi-entity environment.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. 

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is zł110,900.00 - zł140,300.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
