Job Summary
The Treasury Accountant is responsible for supporting the Treasury team with its tasks and responsibilities.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks within bank portals (initiate stop payments, enter manual checks, obtain check copies, initiate ACH and wire payments, decision positive pay exceptions, research payment issues, etc.)
- Document and update standard procedures as applicable
- Monitor GR Treasury email alias
- Transact and communicate daily cash decision
- Assist with foreign tax payments
- Download and distribute bank reports for journal entries
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Propose monthly/quarterly JEs
- Maintain intercompany loans and interest schedules
- Track analysis fees across bank group
- Input banking instructions into ERP systems
- Obtain Accounts Receivable Agings and prepare Reconciliation
- Reconcile and make Pcard payment monthly
- Perform other duties and projects as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business major with relevant work experience (1-2 years in a Treasury role ideally)
- Must have a sound understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Understanding of macros, API and OneStream are a bonus

- Strong attention to detail
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must be an effective communicator
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities/projects simultaneously and organize/prioritize work appropriately
- Proficiency in the use of business math and the English language in reading, writing and speaking
- Ability to follow directions and instructions
- Ability to work hours mandated by management
- Ability to pass a drug test
