Treasury Analyst

Main responsibilities

Treasury analyst performs the operational treasury activities and operations of the Group Companies in Turkey, Iran and Levant Cluster organization, directly reporting to Head of Treasury, Turkey, Iran and Levant.

For Turkey, Iran and Levant Sanofi Group companies;

• Meeting liquidity needs in optimum way while ensuring that payment obligations are made regularly and carrying out daily financial operations

• Meeting internal and external cash flow reporting and fulfil cash management requirements

• Establishing relationships with banks and financial institutions

• Managing regular payment runs and reconciliations and following up of swifts and bank repatriations

• Supporting all corporate reporting and information for Legal Entities and Rep Offices in TIL cluster (cash flow, FX exposure and hedge reporting etc)

• Preparing internal and corporate reports timely and following up of main working capital KPIs (cash conversion cycle)
• Supporting in projects and reports related to treasury and finance at local, regional and corporate level

• Handling all requests from Global team to support treasury related topics for their perimeter (Turkey, Iran and Levant)

• Performing preparation of macroeconomic databases and update reports for the cluster countries

• Ensuring that all Treasury operations are in compliance with the local and Corporate Guidelines

About you:

• Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics or Statistics Departments
• Experience: 2- 3 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting and/or Finance preferably in multinational companies.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, financial and banking acumen, accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with partners internally and also externally with banks; verbal, and written communication skills
  • Team player, proactive and solution oriented
  • Strong capabilities in MS Excel
  • SAP knowledge
  • Preferred: knowledge of cash management and treasury systems and/or accounting and/or financial analysis
  • Open to change, transversal cooperation, perform multi-tasking, negotiation and self development
  • Team player
• Languages: fluent written and spoken English. Other language capabilities such as French or Arabic will be good to have and advantageous for the regions potentially handling.
