The role:
As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of our treasury functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our Treasury Manager and other teams to support our financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform payments and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Assist with cash flow projections to support operational planning and decision-making.
- Manage cash position and daily checkpoints to ensure alignment with planned burn rate and financial targets.
- Execute weekly payment processes, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve payment-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Treasury Manager on various treasury tasks and projects.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in other treasury-related duties as required.
Vendor Onboarding and Credit Applications:
- Create new vendor accounts in the accounting system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Credit applications review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (+2 years) in treasury, finance, or accounting roles, with a focus on cash management and treasury operations, preferably in a fast-growing company.
- Strong proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems, with the ability to leverage technology for streamlined processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Effective communicator and team player capable of collaborating remotely.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Experience in handling stressful situations calmly and effectively.
