We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our global Accounting team. In this role, you will work closely with our Tax and Treasury Manager, overseeing treasury and banking operations while building relationships with our global vendors across more than 10 countries. This hybrid role requires at least one day a week in the office to ensure timely processing of checks.

What You'll Do
- Monitor daily cash balances and forecast future cash needs for our global bank accounts.
- Oversee credit card activities, ensuring proper receipts and approvals are obtained.
- Create manual payments and templates as needed for accounts payable and payroll.
- Accurately and promptly enter all bank transactions into NetSuite.
- Assist with bank reconciliations as part of the month-end close process.
- Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners, responding to their requests promptly.
- Prepare and present treasury reports for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
- Support the Tax & Treasury Manager with ad hoc tasks
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in treasury or accounting.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or FloQast is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000-80,000. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, geography, and qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and/or equity depending on the position offered.
