Treasury Analyst
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations, banking activities, and payment processing. This role works closely with internal teams as well as external banking partners, vendors, and customers to ensure timely cash movement, accurate payment execution, and efficient resolution of payment-related issues.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing day-to-day treasury activities while supporting cash visibility and operational efficiency.

What you'll do
Key Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate wire transfers, ACH payments, and other electronic transactions
- Partner with Accounts Payable (AP) to support vendor payment scheduling and resolve payment issues
- Partner with Accounts Receivable (AR) to monitor incoming customer payments, remittances, and cash application issues
- Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, returned payments, bank rejects, and reconciliation discrepancies
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, and customers regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with onboarding new vendors and validating banking instructions to ensure payment accuracy and fraud prevention
- Support customer refund processing and other outbound payment requests
- Ensure treasury activities comply with internal controls, payment policies, and audit requirements
- Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance treasury operations
What you'll need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in treasury, banking, accounting, AP, or AR
- Working knowledge of payment processing and banking operations
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle ERP preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Treasury or corporate finance experience
- Knowledge of fraud controls and payment security practices
- Experience with banking portals and cash management systems
