  • We stand behind our people.
  • We foster an environment for constant learning.
  • We engineer change for a more stable and sustainable world.

YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE

We're looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to serve as the functional backbone of our Treasury department, owning day-to-day execution of global treasury operations across 17+ countries while developing toward a people leadership role. You'll ensure operational continuity and process excellence across cash management, payments, forecasting, and banking administration, increasingly acting as a team lead, mentor, and project driver. This role calls for independent judgment, the ability to manage junior analysts, and comfort serving as the primary point of escalation for operational issues.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN

  • Own and oversee the daily global cash position reporting process; review and approve analyst-prepared reports before management distribution.
  • Oversee the initiation and approval of electronic fund transfers; serve as backup approver for high-value or exception payments.
  • Manage and review daily cash reconciliation, ensuring timely resolution of breaks and escalation of systemic issues.
  • Lead monthly global treasury calls across all entities and currencies, coordinating with regional finance teams.
  • Perform and review monthly analysis of bank fees; identify optimization opportunities and present findings to the Assistant Treasurer.
  • Lead the development and continuous refinement of the global 13-week cash forecast model, including regional stakeholder coordination.
  • Oversee bank account administration globally, including signatory updates, new account openings/closures, and KYC compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and workflow oversight to junior analysts.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate knowledge transfer across the team to improve depth and reduce key-person dependency.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-accountability team culture consistent with Victaulic's values.
  • Lead the quarterly Treasury Scorecard review, and lead the push with banking partners for annual review of the Banking Scorecard.
  • Serve as project lead for treasury-specific initiatives (e.g., banking system implementations, process automation, policy updates), managing junior treasury analysts when necessary.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls documentation.
  • Champion the identification and implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions across established treasury processes; evaluate tools and workflows to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Support other duties and special projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of corporate treasury or finance experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-volume, global environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with large, multi-currency data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to senior finance leadership.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the maturity to influence without authority and lead through example.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • Direct supervisory or mentoring experience.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation, or active pursuit of one.
  • Treasury Management System (TMS) and ERP experience, SAP preferred.
