We are strengthen our Travel for Meeting team and are looking for a Travel for Meeting Consultant (full-time position) in Denmark with location in our office in Copenhagen. You will be working as a part of a Scandinavian team working with both Swedish and Norwegian colleagues beside the Danish.
What You’ll Do
- Understand and meet Client Service Level Agreements (SLA if applicable)
- Understand and meet Client Service Level Agreements (SLA if applicable)
- Deliver outstanding service based on the clients Event Brief including research, budgets, policies, negotiation, and management of Suppliers.
- Support with coordination, and execution of Group and/or Individual Air/Train bookings/ Amadeus Needed
- Communicate confidently amongst peers to share best practice.
- Achieve targeted financial results whilst delivering high quality service and demonstrate significant savings on client spend. Financial management throughout the life cycle of the booking.
- Able to work on own initiative and within a team.
- Negotiation (Financial, Contractual etc.) with suppliers
- Communication with booking owners
- Accurate and timely data management
- Logistical coordination of the event
- Maximizing of revenue per event and understanding of overall contribution to revenue and P&L
- Budget reconciliation per event
- Financial and Data Reporting per event, per client
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Group or Individual Air bookings (Amadeus)
- Experience of booking individual Air/Train & group Air/Tail travel, responsible for group movements ranging from 10 to 2000+ people.
- GDS: Group and individual reservations: Amadeus Needed
- MS Office user
- Negotiation and contracting skills
- Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and Business English
- Flexibility and Ability to adapt
- High level of attention to detail
