The PositionThe Opportunity
The Employee Experience Operations Travel & Expense Specialist as part of the Demand to Pay department maintains and supports the daily activities of the Travel and Expense and Company Card expenses associated with the Roche Global Credit card programs. This role is expected to offer a high level of customer service as this is the first point of contact for our internal customers.
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers, providing high-quality support and guidance for corporate credit cards and Concur expense management via calls and tickets.
Ticket & Case Management: Own, track, and resolve Help Desk tickets efficiently—aiming for same-day resolution—while making decisions on first-level issues and further actions.
System Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative duties within the Concur system to keep the platform running smoothly.
SLA & KPI Compliance: Ensure all services are delivered with high quality and accuracy, strictly adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Documentation & Training: Build and maintain up-to-date documentation for business systems and processes, and deliver process training to end-users as requested.
Reporting & Monitoring: Manage scheduled and ad-hoc reporting and monitoring activities, proactively applying system fixes and communicating resolutions clearly.
Team Collaboration & Growth: Participate in team availability planning (holidays/training) and contribute to the onboarding and implementation of new tasks arriving at the Roche-Budapest site.
