The Role

monday is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to assist our travel managers and support the smooth operation of our business travel processes.

This position requires a combination of strong organizational skills, service awareness, and the ability to work effectively with both employees and suppliers.


About The Role:

  • Assisting Travel Managers: Support travel managers with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Receiving Travel Requests and System Updates: Manage incoming business travel requests and update the travel management system.
  • Tracking Reservations and Problem-Solving During Travel: Monitor bookings and assist in resolving issues during trips.
  • Service Awareness and Teamwork: Deliver exceptional service while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Supplier and Service Provider Interaction: Assist in coordinating with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and transportation companies, to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Travel Budget and Goals: Support efforts to maintain travel within the set budget and align with company goals.
  • Maintaining Travel Booking Systems: Help update the travel booking system, prepare various reports, calculate budgets, and

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in travel coordination- must
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – working with employees and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and as part of a team.
  • High service awareness and problem-solving ability.
  • High proficiency in English.
