We are looking for an experienced travel consultant with extensive destination knowledge, industry experience, fantastic customer service ability to produce a high level of sales and a passion for travel to service our existing client base.

With fantastic marketing, our travel agency is extremely busy and the leads come to you – by phone or email.   No face to face consulting!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Travel Club by Travel and Leisure is part of My Travel Group, a division of the Helloworld network of agencies and based on the sunny Gold Coast. For the right candidate we offer flexibility of working from home, with a number of days in office.

Your day-to-day selling will include international and domestic flights, cruises, tours, accommodation, rail, insurance and packages.   We have some amazing, preferred partners and great opportunities to sell high end travel along with the day to day.

You will also be providing exceptional customer service at all times and supporting the broader business needs.  

HOW YOU WILL SHINE

To be successful for this role you should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, Fares & Ticketing I & II, previous experience in a similar role and It is highly desirable if you have experience in Travelport and Cross Check Travel or other equivalent GDS systems.

Strong product & destination knowledge, confidence and the ability to work in a fast paced environment and a very high level of customer focus are all key criteria for this role.

Having fun, a great mature attitude and fitting in with a great team of passionate travel addicts is just as important!
