How you will create an impact

  • Process Travel and A&H claims efficiently and accurately in line with AIG’s claims handling guidelines, ensuring timely resolutions for customers.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders to foster trust and confidence between AIG and our customers.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the claims team by consistently meeting or exceeding quality and productivity targets.
  • Maintain a high level of quality, adhering to AIG’s procedures, policies, and processes.
  • Identify potential fraud risks and take proactive steps to safeguard the company’s operations and financial integrity.
  • Improve processes, reduce transactional costs, and enhance the effectiveness of claims handling.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience of claims processes and procedures is preferred. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility.
  • Effective time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet varying tasks and deadlines.
  • Adaptability to be able to quickly pivot in a dynamic claims environment in response to evolving demands and priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • To work with integrity, able to work independently or as part of a team to achieve personal and business objectives.
  • Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail.
  • Able to self-reflect/ analyze, actively seek feedback to identify strengths and personal development.
