The Travel Administrative Assistant provides onsite administrative and operational support to CFG Health facilities and traveling healthcare operations as needed. This is a PRN (as-needed) position, so the frequency and duration of assignments will vary based on business needs.

Assignments may be at a local facility based on the employee's location or may require travel to another CFG Health site. This position may support any CFG Health facility, and the location and length of each assignment cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite administrative support at CFG Health facilities as assigned.
  • Travel to various CFG Health locations when administrative support is needed.
  • Assist with administrative and operational needs for traveling healthcare professionals and facility teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, schedules, and tracking reports.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and other administrative requirements.
  • Track and follow up on required documentation, clearances, credentials, licenses, and other employment-related requirements as assigned.
  • Communicate with employees, facility leadership, Human Resources, recruiters, and other internal departments.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining employee and assignment documentation.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in Paycom and other applicable systems.
  • Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative materials.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Respond to administrative questions and assist with resolving issues as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Adapt to the administrative needs of different CFG Health facilities and assignments.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

PRN & Travel Requirements

  • This is a PRN, as-needed position; there is no guaranteed number of hours, shifts, or assignments.
  • Assignment frequency will depend on the administrative needs of CFG Health facilities.
  • Assignments may be local or may require travel to another CFG Health facility.
  • The specific facility will depend on the employee's location and the location requiring administrative support.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel to different CFG Health sites when needed.
  • Assignment length may vary and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
  • Flexibility and availability are essential due to the variable nature of PRN assignments.
  • Additional travel-related requirements may apply depending on the assigned facility.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative, staffing, recruiting, HR, healthcare, or office experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional and customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to CFG Health facilities as needed.

Technology Skills

Candidates should be proficient in:

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams

Paycom experience is a plus.

Experience with other HRIS, ATS, scheduling, or employee-management systems is also helpful.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare administration or healthcare staffing.

  • Ability to work in a healthcare or secure facility environment and comply with applicable safety and security procedures.
