Are you a structured and proactive individual with a passion for logistics and administration? We are looking for a Transport and Logistics Administrator to join our team and support both our project department and customers with essential documentation and coordination.

How you’ll make an impact 

• Collaborate with the project department and assist customers with documentation such as summaries, packing lists, and dangerous goods declarations. 

• Handle orders and purchases, primarily in Ariba. 

• Compile and maintain reports. 

• Manage customs documentation and processes. 

• Book and coordinate transport solutions. 

• Provide support to other departments as needed. 

• Handle various procurement tasks. 

• Read and interpret technical drawings. 

Your background 

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. 

• Solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 

• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly billing transactions. 

• Understanding of customs procedures. 

• Experience with SAP billing. 

• Knowledge of MTA (Material Tracking & Administration).
