The modern Katowice Hub office, whose interiors were designed according to the principles of sustainable development, is located in the city centre of Katowice, Poland.
We are working in the hybrid way to use the time spent in the office to influence collaboration and straighten the team spirit, using special designed for this purpose office areas.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Common Responsibilities:
UltraLogistik lead person for projects and transportation process (internal SME back up)
Ensures all Developments in Logistics are within the Global framework
Drive continuous improvements in the Europe Tower and Market
Act as liaison between Business Operations and IT teams to build and deploy automated solutions.
Gathering of Business Requirements and Preparation of the BRD (Business Requirement Document)
Identify the feasible and robust End to End solution for the business requirements.
Review and sign off on Functional Design document
Coordinate/ Support Operations teams during UAT
Ensure that Technical Solution is landed is fitting to the purpose.
Support the Business Operations during Post Go Live
Change Management with Control Tower and Local Markets.
Support BAU operations
Drive cross functional Projects connecting with other functions such as Order Management .Claims Management etc.
First point of contact for UltraLogistik, TMS Genpact, Markets to help them to address the queries related transport and Warehousing.
Process Expert for Logistics Process
Support for LOMs & SV for their projects/operations/analyses
Own data analyzing for logistic process.
Advising how to crate Masterdata to solve cases with zero-budget approach.
Trainings for Service providers and end users how to use systems in Logistics
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Expert knowledge of OTM (Oracle Transport Management) & SAP
Expert in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
Excellent knowledge about translating logistics processes into functional designs in OTM & SAP transport area (including 1Y,2Y and Ocean transport)
Understanding on how E2E logistics business process works between SAP , OTM & WMS systems
Experience in designing, simplifying, automating processes
Excellent with Technology, Automation and Analytics
Skills

Capable of developing and then executing agreed actions with little supervision
Be able to work independently, without detailed instructions.
