Key Accountabilities:

  • Able to work independently on routine activities following policies and procedures.
  • Able to take on additional projects or activities with instructions and guidance.
  • Ability to identify report data quality issues and remediate moderately difficult issues independently.
  • Participates in Root Cause Analysis with the assistant of more senior team members to identify and resolve issues identified within report data.
  • Apply working knowledge of Federal, State, and International Transparency/Compliance reporting requirements to develop and produce client reports.
  • Has good verbal and written communication skills to communicate issues or respond to client queries.

Skills:

  • Good understanding of the Oracle Financial system - both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable - with the ability to navigate the system to verify financial data.
  • Good understanding of the Oracle Procurement and CTS&L system to navigate the system, verify data and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Basic understanding of the PAREXEL CTMS (Impact Harmony) system enable validation of key data points to ensure accuracy of report data.
  • Business Objects reporting experience with the ability to run standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Spot Fire reporting experience with the ability to run standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • AGS 360 or Similar SAS Reporting tool experience with the ability to run standard and ad-hoc reports.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience preferred in a legal/business/compliance environment.
  • Good understanding of the accounting process and system with the ability to navigate the financial system to verify financial data.
  • Good understanding of ERP Oracle Financials including Oracle Procurement and CTS&L system.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic Understanding of Business Objects reporting, Spot Fire reporting and AGS 360 or Similar SAS Reporting tool experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or law or equivalent experience.
