Transitions Onboarding Consultant
Location(s): Qualified candidates near all company locations and remote within the United States are encouraged to apply. Role requires up to 40% travel throughout the US.

Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 per year + 10% annual bonus
Summary:
The Onboarding Consultant will be part of the Transitions Team supporting new Financial Professionals moving their existing business to Osaic across all Channels. The Transitions Onboarding Consultant delivers a seamless, consistent onboarding and repapering
experience for Financial Professionals across all Osaic channels. This hybrid role blends advisor-facing consulting with hands-on operational execution, partnering closely with Business Development, Operations, and Channel Leadership.
The Onboarding Consultant needs to have a thorough understanding of the account opening and transfer process including their dependency on one another to move an entire book of business. This person must have some transition experience and become a subject matter expert on asset movement, demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge, be detailed oriented, and have exceptional communication skills. We are looking for self-starters who are quick learners, resourceful, and results oriented in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The person must have the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. The Onboarding support will be offered virtually and in person.
Responsibilities:
Advisor-facing transition consulting for all channels including Empowered Independence
Repapering & asset movement execution across all channels/Tiers
Cross-functional partnership and optimization
Data gathering, forms preparation & submission; monitoring account transfers (in person and virtually)
NIGO (Not in Good Order) paperwork monitoring & resolution impacting asset movement
Troubleshoot and escalate any transition related issues
Look for ways to improve & expedite the asset movement process
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical Experience will be considered.
Basic Requirements:
SIE/S7 or S99 required within 12 months
Previous Financial/Transition experience 1-3 Years
Preferred Requirements:
Industry Licenses such as SIE, series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 licenses
Previous work experience in financial services
Skills Required
- SIE, Series 7, or Series 99 required within 12 months
- Previous financial or transition experience of 1–3 years
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma or GED certificate plus significant practical experience may be considered
- Industry licenses such as SIE, Series 6, Series 7, Series 65, Series 66, Series 24, or Series 26
