We are currently hiring for a full–time Transitions Support Associate to join our Client Experience team in Burlington.
JOB OVERVIEW
In this role, the successful candidate will provide support to our newest Advisors who are moving their business to Aligned Capital Partners. In this role, you will provide administrative support and work with senior team members to ensure a seamless transition. You will have soft skills to work calmly in a fast-paced environment and ensure follow up on multiple tasks requiring short term action.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with Advisor Transitions Specialists to bring items to completion
- Liaise with our back office (CI Investment Services) on matters requiring intervention or follow up including investigating outstanding items
- Daily tracking of an Advisor’s book of business during the transition period (account opening/assets)
- Run reports to see what accounts are opened, stalled, initiated, etc.
- Set up initial credentials for onboarding Advisors (email, systems, etc.)
- Initiate and oversee offboarding process for departing advisors and associates
- Send out initial administrative packages (welcome kit, signs, business cards, etc.)
- Escalate as needed on urgent or exceptional matters
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Post-secondary education is preferred
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to solving problems
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude
- Experience with industry-related client service is an asset
- Completion of CSC and CPH is an asset
