DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead for major transformation or strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate change management processes, ensuring that all divisions are prepared for transformation.
Act as key liaison between groups, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.
Monitor the progress of initiatives, track KPIs and other metrics, and prepare regular updates and reports for senior leadership.
KPIs:
Ensure consistency, alignment, and optimization of policies, processes, and initiatives across the NewBiz Group related to key strategic initiatives
Optimize cost and maximize ROI for campaigns, special projects, and programs
Helps oversee budgets across teams to ensure proper spending is in place
Identify opportunities to optimize or automate processes that aims to improve customer experience and to achieve operational excellence
