The Transformation Manager drives the company’s transformation agenda. The scope of the role includes but not limited to:

 Key Contributor in the creation of the Transformation Vision, Mission, and Strategy.

 Co-Stewards the company’s Transformation Journey and Program.

 Manages the execution, benefits, and risks of medium to large Transformation Programs.

 Drives collaboration and influences cross-functional business and delivery teams to drive the Transformation agenda and ensures that the desired results (execution certainty) of medium to large Transformation Programs are met.

 Accountable for the Transformation outcomes of medium to large programs/projects managed from topline to bottom line including business results up to desired client experience.

 Provides capabilities and tools to effectively deliver the medium to large programs (i.e. change management, communication plan, talents required).

 Provides expertise with regards to business transformation trends (i.e. programs, platforms, processes, people, and partnerships).

 The role reports to the Head, Transformation Management.
