Within the Agility & Transformation tribe, we drive and steer Telenet’s transformation towards faster and more predictable value delivery across tribes and with partners.
As part of this tribe, the Transformation Design & Activation team partners closely with business and leadership to shape how the organization works, evolves, and delivers value end-to-end. Beyond design, the team activates and embeds change through guardrails, scalable self-service, and hands-on support.
Your responsibilities as a Transformation Expert
As a Transformation Expert, you play a pivotal role in driving this transformation by improving the flow of work, enabling the organization to deliver better business and customer outcomes – faster and more predictably.
- Designing & embedding effective Ways of Working (Telenet Agile WoW)
Improving and activating the day-to-day mechanisms that enable teams to move work smoothly from idea to impact across the full lifecycle (design → delivery → operations → learning).
- Shaping the structural conditions for value delivery
Helping the organization intentionally design the environment in which work happens: how teams collaborate (interfaces), how responsibilities are aligned, how decisions flow, etc.
- Designing and orchestrating change approaches
Defining and implementing the most effective change strategies to ensure adoption and proficiency; where needed orchestrating multiple capability changes in parallel (e.g. governance, structure, WoW).
Our ideal Transformation Expert…
…has a business or transformation background in a large organization or experience as a business consultant for large companies
- Demonstrable experience in transformation programs aimed at improving flow at enterprise level
- Systemic perspective on achieving business agility at scale
- Experience working with stakeholders across all levels, from executive leadership to flow teams
- Solid understanding of how software engineering practices contribute to flow (e.g. CI/CD, test automation)
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Speaks fluently English and Dutch, French is a plus.
